- All building and site attendance will be suspended temporarily;
- All future section 182 strata inspections (that are ordinarily co-ordinated by our team) will now be, until further notice, facilitated electronically by way of secured online and remote connections. Decisions regarding project meetings, site inspections, client meetings and events are being made on a case-by-case basis and any changes will be communicated to you as required.

Additionally, it is noted that many of our clients who attend meetings of your owners corporation are elderly and particularly vulnerable to the effects of COVID-19. Until further notice, Wellman Strata will be moving to this virtual meeting platform to assist with mitigating the risk of infection to our clients and staff members.

We will, of course, be available to provide any additional assistance where practicable. In the event you do not have a viable internet connection, we will be able to facilitate you to dial in by phone link.
It is important to note that all other meeting processes such as meeting rules, procedures and submission of proxy forms for general meetings (and delegations by committee members) remain unchanged with clients encouraged to submit proxy forms in the event you are unable to participate via the aforementioned process.
